Hold on to your hats, folks, because the Biden administration just received a major kick in the pants from a no-nonsense federal judge! In a whopping 155-page ruling, Judge Terry Doughty put those tech tyrants and their federal government pals on notice for their blatant censorship of Americans. Talk about a victory for free speech!

Judge Doughty didn’t mince words as he dropped the hammer on the Biden administration. He declared that this case is, get this, the most massive attack against free speech in the history of our great nation! And let’s be clear, folks, this is not some petty partisan issue. The judge pointed out that even though the censorship overwhelmingly targeted conservative speech (surprise, surprise), this issue goes beyond party lines. The right to free speech doesn’t wear a red or blue badge, folks, and it certainly doesn’t bow down to any political ideology!

Now, what exactly did the Biden administration’s buddies in Big Tech do to warrant such a scathing rebuke? Well, they were caught red-handed using their powers to suppress alleged “disinformation.” But let’s call a spade a spade, folks. “Disinformation” is often just another word for opinions that don’t align with the liberal narrative. It’s a sad day when our own government colludes with these Silicon Valley overlords to silence dissenting voices.
But wait, there’s more! As a result of this landmark ruling, dozens of federal government agencies are now temporarily barred from co-opting Big Tech to control what you and I can say. It’s about time someone stood up for the American people’s right to speak their minds without Uncle Sam peering over their shoulders!
Naturally, when the White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, was asked about this devastating blow to their censorship agenda, she predictably claimed that President Biden disagrees with the ruling. Of course, they do! They have made it crystal clear that they have no qualms about urging social media platforms to scrub any information they deem “harmful” (read: anything that threatens their narrative).
Folks, this case is a true win for all lovers of liberty and free speech! Let this be a warning to those who think they can stomp on our rights without consequences. We the people will not be silenced, and with brave judges like Terry Doughty on our side, the tide is turning against the censorship and tyranny that has plagued our great nation.
