Once again, liberal judges have made it clear: they’ll put leftist pet projects ahead of working Americans every chance they get. The latest? A federal judge just stopped the Trump administration’s attempt to put an end to New York City’s so-called congestion pricing. Instead of rolling back a punishing tax that bleeds the middle class dry just to drive into their own city, this court sided with big-government elites and globalists who dream up new ways to gouge regular folks.
Congestion pricing is the disastrous brainchild of urban progressives. They claim it will stop pollution and save the planet, but the truth is it’s nothing more than a regressive tax on blue-collar families and commuters. Under this plan, drivers are forced to fork over extra money just to access Manhattan. Who actually suffers? Not Wall Street bankers or limousine liberals—they can afford it. It’s the truck drivers, plumbers, parents, and small business owners who pay the price.

The Trump administration saw through this nonsense and tried to protect Americans from yet another liberal money grab. They stood up for common sense, working people, and the basic freedom to get to work without being shaken down by city bureaucrats. Now, thanks to this activist judge, New York’s out-of-touch leadership gets another blank check—and everyday people get the bill.
Of course, the Department of Transportation says they’re “reviewing legal options,” but that just means more taxpayer dollars wasted on legal battles when the real solution is simple: respect the rights of American drivers. But liberals never miss a chance to lecture the rest of us about climate change while senselessly turning the screws tighter on those struggling to make ends meet.
Why does it always come down to the same elitist playbook—new taxes for the people, special exemptions for the rich, and judges who make up the rules as they go along? Maybe it’s because deep down, the left can’t stand regular Americans driving to work, living their lives, and refusing to bow to city hall. The question is, how much longer will we let city liberals, globalists, and activist judges grind this country’s working class under their boot?
