Dash cam footage captured shocking events on a Florida highway involving an alleged car thief trying to escape from law enforcement. The footage revealed Melina Logan, a 27-year-old woman, stealing a 2024 Honda Civic from a South Miami dealership. She reportedly waited for the salesman to step away from the vehicle before driving off recklessly.
