Kentuckians deserve leaders who fight with everything they have to secure our elections and stand by President Trump—no apologies, no hedging, just action. But Andy Barr? He would rather play old-guard political games than get tough and do whatever it takes to make voter ID the law of the land.
Barr wants you to believe he’s in the trenches for election integrity. He’ll pat himself on the back for voting for the SAVE Act, bragging about his years-long crusade for voter ID. But anyone paying even half attention can see right through it. It’s easy for him to make a show of supporting common-sense measures when there’s no guarantee they’ll become law—he knows Democrats in the Senate can kill them with the dreaded zombie filibuster.

That’s the key issue here, and Barr is nowhere to be found when it comes to fighting for real change. President Trump and the America First movement have made it crystal clear—the only way we slam the door on Democrat obstructionism is by ending the filibuster. Otherwise, we’re just spinning our wheels while radical leftists plot our nation’s destruction. But Barr keeps sidestepping the fight, refusing to call for the one move that would let us bulldoze through the Senate roadblocks and enact President Trump’s agenda.
When Barr isn’t watering down his stance on election integrity, he’s busy cozying up to amnesty pushers and open-border globalists. His record on immigration stinks of weakness and compromise, including nods to so-called bipartisan “reform” trollops from the pro-amnesty crowd. Why should Kentuckians trust another McConnell clone who pretends to be MAGA, but acts like every other career politician?
Time is running out. We’ve got a fleeting chance to put our country on the right track, and every phony RINO stands in the way just as much as any far-left Democrat. Voters must wake up to the fact that we need fighters, not fence-sitters. Will Kentucky hire a lion or a sheep? One’s things for sure—playing it safe won’t cut it in a country worth saving.
