This time, the city’s finest, clad in riot gear, found themselves face-to-face with a mob of anti-Israel protesters. Among the chaos, an American flag was set ablaze – an image more reminiscent of a country in decline than one built on freedom and democracy.
The scene unfolded dramatically, highlighted by chants of “Free, free Palestine” reverberating through the streets. One protester took it upon himself to ignite the U.S. flag, a symbolic gesture that can only be viewed as emblematic of the current Democra-tastrophe gripping the nation.
