The Biden administration has finally woken up to reality with an investigation that is long overdue. They’re looking into the ridiculous situation in California where boys are allowed to compete in girls’ sports. Thanks to the efforts of a brave few, the Department of Justice is taking a stand against the liberal insanity that is harming young female athletes. This situation, which could have been avoided, shows how far the left is willing to go in their quest for woke points at the expense of common sense.
Instead of protecting our daughters’ rights, California’s lawmakers have twisted Title IX, a law meant to ensure gender equality, into a weapon against girls. The left claims to champion women’s rights, but they remain silent while girls are forced to compete against boys. As a result, young women are losing titles, scholarships, and opportunities that rightfully belong to them. Even Governor Gavin Newsom, who rarely finds a liberal policy he doesn’t love, admits this policy is unfair.

These are the same people who scream about equality while ignoring blatant disparities.
The DOJ’s move to probe this madness is a small victory in the fight to reclaim common sense. The message is clear: Discriminating against girls is not progressive; it’s regressive. It’s time California’s leaders put the interests of young women ahead of their harmful agenda. Kudos to the bold officials willing to speak out against this travesty.
If California can’t see the writing on the wall, perhaps they should be reminded: you don’t fix discrimination by endorsing more of it. Will the out-of-touch Left continue to silence those fighting for fairness, or will they step aside and let common sense prevail?
