Biden Admin in Panic Over Potential Pardons for Fauci and Schiff as Trump Era Looms

The White House appears to be in full panic mode regarding Dr. Anthony Fauci and Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff, as the rumors swirl around plans for a preemptive pardon. With President-elect Trump riding a wave of popularity into his second term, it seems that the Biden administration may want to shield some of its most controversial players before the inevitable judgement day arrives. It raises the question: if you’re not guilty, why would you need such a dramatic lifeline?

While Fauci has not faced any formal criminal charges, the potential need for a pardon becomes abundantly clear when examining his shady involvement with “gain-of-function” research. This controversial and life-threatening practice of artificially manipulating viruses has been rightfully called out since the onset of COVID-19, a pandemic that disrupted lives, crushed economies, and tragically cost millions of lives. The implications are staggering, and considering the associated fallout, it’s no surprise that some are calling for accountability.

With criminal referrals dust sitting over at the Department of Justice, the Biden administration is likely feeling the heat. Fauci’s record with the National Institutes of Health is not just filled with questionable funding practices but is also marred by allegations of conspiracy and perjury. It’s almost as if he was running a rogue lab instead of adhering to federal policies designed to protect public health.

The NIH even recently had to backtrack on statements made by Fauci and others regarding the funding of risky research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. This correction conveniently happened after lengthy investigations, proving that Fauci may have lied multiple times to Congress about the research he was ultimately responsible for funding. It’s almost poetic justice that the very agency he led would publish a letter that calls into question his integrity.

Moreover, the findings of the House Select Committee on the Coronavirus Pandemic could point to a reckoning for Fauci. With increasing evidence suggesting that COVID-19 likely emerged from the Wuhan lab, questions arise about why Fauci and his team would actively suppress research that could damage their reputation. Reports indicate that he even took steps to discredit the lab leak theory through monetary incentives, rewarding scientists who would dismiss the possibility that COVID-19 was manmade. The irony is simply delicious: many continue to push for transparency while the administration does anything but.

In the end, a preemptive pardon may just be a sign of desperation. This administration is doing its best to protect its key players while trying to keep the spotlight away from the mounting evidence suggesting malfeasance. With elections on the horizon and an increasingly skeptical public, one has to wonder: is this more about preserving political careers than upholding justice? The American people deserve answers, and it seems like Fauci and his cronies may be just the tip of the iceberg in a much larger scandal.
