As usual, Biden seems to be out of touch and on vacation while important events unfold. He traveled to Nantucket, Massachusetts, just a day before the explosion and plans to stay there throughout the holiday weekend. It’s concerning that our president is more interested in taking vacations than staying in the loop and addressing the issues facing our country.
Surveillance video reportedly showed the vehicle being stopped at a border checkpoint before being transferred to a second checkpoint location. It then accelerated, crashing and exploding. The details of this incident are still unfolding, but it’s clear that our border security needs to be tightened to prevent such devastating events from occurring.
It’s crucial for President Biden to take swift and decisive action to address this situation. The safety and security of our borders should be a top priority, but it seems like it’s just another item on Biden’s long list of things he’s not interested in dealing with.
