President Biden and Vice President Harris marked the anniversary of Roe v. Wade at the White House, seemingly unaware that the Supreme Court overturned the 1973 ruling in June 2022. Biden released a statement on Monday praising Roe v. Wade, claiming it recognized a woman's constitutional right to make personal decisions free from political interference. However, he expressed dissatisfaction with the Supreme Court's decision to overturn it, asserting that it took away a constitutional right.

Biden then raised concerns about Republican officials, alleging that their "extreme and dangerous abortion bans" jeopardize women's health and lives. He suggested, without evidence, that women are being turned away from emergency rooms and forced to travel long distances for healthcare. Vice President Harris echoed these sentiments, aligning herself with the fight for what they term "women's reproductive freedom," though critics argue it represents unrestricted abortion until the moment of birth.
Contrary to their narrative, polls, including one from Harvard, indicate that most Americans support restrictions on abortion, such as a 15-week limit. Despite Biden and Harris attempting to shape the narrative, a significant portion of the American population rejects their views on abortion. Recently, thousands of pro-life Americans marched in Washington D.C., advocating for the rights of the unborn. Critics argue that Biden and Harris seem out of touch with mainstream American values concerning the protection of innocent lives, and they hope the leaders reconsider their stance and prioritize the well-being of all lives, particularly the most vulnerable.
