In yet another display of baffling priorities, a Biden-appointed judge has taken the absurd step of protecting convicted murderers rather than protecting law-abiding citizens. This judicial madness has reached new heights as the Department of Homeland Security has been ordered to find out if these criminals are afraid of being deported. Yes, you read that right—murderers, drug traffickers, and rapists are now being treated with more care than they ever gave their victims.
It’s not empathy that’s on trial here; it’s common sense. There’s an enormous difference between being compassionate and being foolishly gullible. This shouldn’t even be a conversation worth having. However, the left consistently finds new ways to shock us with their backward logic. They have mastered the art of prioritizing feelings over the stark realities faced by their constituents.
Judges across the nation, many placed on benches by President Biden, are undermining authority by coddling criminals and ignoring the public’s desire for safer streets. It’s shocking that while President Trump and his team are working to remove vicious offenders from our land, activist judges are busy finding loopholes to keep them here. It’s a slap in the face to victims and a reckless use of taxpayer money.

It’s time to ask the real questions: Why should illegal criminals get any more chances when they’ve already been convicted of despicable crimes? How does a hearing to determine if these offenders are anxious about being deported do anything but mock justice and our nation’s laws? The circus that the left is running in the courts is nothing short of a disaster.
The real question persists: At what point do we firmly stand against this madness? Activist judges should serve justice instead of sowing chaos. Our legal system is at risk of becoming another tool in the globalist agenda to weaken America. Isn’t it time we demand judges who protect the nation, not undermine it?
