The robocall supposedly begins with the statement, “What a bunch of malarkey,” before urging listeners to save their votes for the general election in November. The recorded message suggests that voting in the primary only helps the Republicans and their alleged aim to reelect former President Donald Trump. The call also provides a contact number for Kathy Sullivan, the leader of a super PAC that supports writing in Biden’s name in the primary.

While the identity of the responsible party remains unknown, Sullivan is convinced that it is someone with an intent to harm Biden’s campaign.
