In a recent turn of events, President Joe Biden found himself unable to resist making a pointed remark aimed at Donald Trump following the decision of the Colorado Supreme Court to strike the ex-president’s name from the Republican primary ballots for the upcoming year. Despite trailing behind Trump in various polls, Biden initially asserted he wouldn't delve into the court's ruling. Yet, upon arriving in Milwaukee for an economic speech, he swiftly offered his thoughts.
'Self-evident' Trump an insurrectionist after Colorado court boots him from ballot, Biden says https://t.co/vLAa0YWHkU via @nypost why do we care what this crooked, senile President has to say? He should have been booted out of office yesterday.

"I won't comment on a court case… That's their domain, and that's all I'll say about it," expressed the 81-year-old president, addressing the press close to Air Force One. However, when pressed about whether Trump could be deemed an insurrectionist, Biden couldn't resist adding, "Well, that seems pretty clear." He further added, "You witnessed it all. Whether the 14th Amendment applies, I'll leave that to the court to decide."
Biden continued to engage, affirming, "But he indeed lent support to an insurrection. Undoubtedly. No doubts. None. And it appears he's steadfast in his stance on almost everything." It appears Biden seizes any chance to take a dig at his predecessor, particularly as Trump appeals the Colorado ruling, with the issue likely to escalate to the US Supreme Court.
As if this weren't sufficient, Trump has already confronted impeachment and criminal charges, marking him as the first former president entangled in such legal turmoil. He faced impeachment on claims of inciting the Capitol riot and later received acquittal from the Senate. Additionally, Trump confronts indictments in four separate criminal cases, further clouding his political trajectory.
