Well, well, well, it seems that ol’ Sleepy Joe is reaching out to the big guns for some fundraising help. According to reports from the liberal mouthpiece NBC News, the Biden campaign is pulling out all the stops by organizing a fundraiser featuring former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. I guess when you’ve got a lack of enthusiasm for your presidency and a dwindling base, you call in the heavy hitters.
Now, I gotta hand it to the Biden campaign, they sure know how to put on a show. They want this event to be “lucrative and headline-grabbing.” Well, I’m sure it will be headline-grabbing, but maybe not in the way they intended. I mean, who doesn’t love seeing two former presidents who left behind a trail of scandals and failed policies?
And let’s not forget about Hillary Clinton, the queen of failed campaigns herself. Just a couple of months ago, she hosted a fundraiser of her own for ol’ Joe. And guess what? She managed to rake in over $1 million dollars. What a success! I’m sure that money will be put to good use, like maybe funding another failed run for the presidency?
But hey, the Biden campaign thinks they’re onto something here. They believe that bringing in Clinton and Obama will gin up excitement among Democratic voters. I hate to break it to them, but I don’t think seeing the same old faces from the past is going to get anyone excited. It’s like trying to revive a dead horse. And speaking of dead horses, they’re even considering bringing Hillary Clinton on as a “key player.” Now, that’s what I call a winning strategy!
Of course, there are some naysayers out there who think that Clinton could actually be a hindrance for Biden. I mean, who would have thought? Fox News host Charlie Hurt had some choice words to say about it. He called out the Biden campaign for thinking that Clinton could help him with women voters. If you need help among women voters and you’re running against Donald Trump, well, you might as well just throw in the towel.
So, there you have it, folks. The Biden campaign is pulling out all the stops, bringing in Clinton and Obama to rescue their sinking ship. But mark my words, no amount of fundraising or star power is going to save them. The American people see through their empty promises and failed track records. It’s time for real leadership, not a reunion tour of past failures.
