Biden’s 9/11 NYC No-Show: Fact Check Reveals Bigger Blunder!

The Biden White House is facing criticism for their excuse as to why President Biden chose to spend September 11th in Alaska instead of New York City. It was suggested that visiting Alaska instead of New York City on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks is comparable to U.S. presidents not visiting Hawaii 22 years after Pearl Harbor. This excuse is not only disrespectful to the victims and their families, but also factually incorrect.

In reality, U.S. presidents did continue to visit Hawaii decades after the Pearl Harbor attack. President George H.W. Bush was in Hawaii on the 50th anniversary in 1991, and President John F. Kennedy visited in 1963, almost 22 years after the attack. These historical examples show that important places like Hawaii and the commemorative sites of tragedies never lose their significance, regardless of who the president is.

This is not the first time President Biden has shown a lack of presence during important events. Whether it’s disregarding the aftermath of the Maui fires or failing to visit the site of the East Palestine train derailment, Biden has a pattern of being absent when his presence would make a difference. It seems that his ability to be absent in times of need has become characteristic of his presidency.

In conclusion, the Biden White House’s excuse for not attending the 9/11 memorial event in New York City is not only disrespectful, but also factually incorrect. It is disappointing to see a lack of presence from the President during important events and an apparent disregard for the feelings of the American people.
