In a shocking twist, Special Counsel Robert Hur has made the baffling decision not to charge President Joe Biden for allegedly mishandling classified documents. The report reveals that Biden, despite lacking any declassification authority, willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after leaving the vice presidency.

The evidence uncovered by the investigation paints a concerning picture, with marked classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan and notebooks containing Biden’s handwritten entries on national security and foreign policy found in various locations, including his garage, offices, and basement.
The report actually suggests that Biden’s age and memory issues would make it difficult for a jury to find him guilty. That’s right, folks, apparently being elderly and having a poor memory could be a get-out-of-jail-free card.
The report also points out Biden’s “significant” memory limitations during interviews conducted in 2017 and 2023. So, what are we saying here? That he accidentally forgot he had sensitive classified documents stashed away like forgotten leftovers in the back of the fridge?
Even more confounding is the fact that the report reveals Biden’s son, Hunter, had regular access to these sensitive documents. And to top it all off, Hunter doesn’t even have a security clearance and has been charged with multiple felonies for tax evasion! It’s like a family reunion of mishandling classified information and breaking the law.
Biden’s response to the report seems to suggest that he’s almost proud of the outcome. It’s like he’s treating this whole serious situation like a victory lap. “I was pleased to see they reached the conclusion I believed and knew all along they would!” he states. Really, Joe? Pleased that you’re in the clear for mishandling classified materials? This is not a game show, folks, this is the real deal.
