The renowned Swiss banker is freaking out over Trump’s dedication to putting America first in everything from trade deals to international relations, NATO funding, and climate policies. Hildebrand is basically saying, “Watch out, Europe, because Trump is coming for you!”

And he’s not alone in his delirium. Head honcho of the European Central Bank (ECB), Christine Lagarde, is also running around with her hair on fire, proclaiming Trump as a “clear threat” to Europe. She’s waving the history books in everyone’s faces, screeching that Trump’s first four years in office were like a horror movie for Europe.
But wait, there’s more! Hildebrand is urging Europe to stop biting its nails and start flexing its muscles by becoming a cutting-edge technological powerhouse that doesn’t need to rely on America. He’s also tossing shade at Europe’s flimsy defense capabilities, declaring they need a major makeover.
This poor guy is so scared of Trump that he’s spilling all this doom and gloom while babysitting a mind-boggling $9 trillion in assets at Blackrock. And to top it all off, Hildebrand whipped out his crystal ball to predict that Trump’s landslide win in the Iowa Republican presidential caucuses is just the beginning of his comeback tour.
