In the wake of the recent Hamas attacks on Israel, Black Lives Matter Chicago (BLM) has found a way to make the situation all about themselves. They posted a picture on their official Facebook page of a paraglider with a Palestinian flag, accompanied by the statement “I STAND WITH PALESTINE.” How original. The post has predictably gone viral, gaining over 26.9 million views on X.

Not one to miss an opportunity to virtue signal, Elon Musk, owner of X, felt the need to chime in with his support for BLM’s stance. Isn’t it great when rich celebrities publicly support domestic Marxist organizations and global terrorist organizations? Classic Elon.
Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas didn’t hold back his thoughts on the matter either. He called out BLM for what they truly are: a domestic Marxist organization supporting a global terrorist organization. Finally, someone with some common sense.
And the hits keep coming. GOP Rep. Wesley Hunt of Texas took to social media to express his outrage. He highlighted the fact that 14 Americans have been killed in the attacks on Israel, not to mention the hundreds of Israelis who have been brutally murdered, burned alive, and raped. And yet, BLM’s response is to stand with Palestine? It’s disgusting. We should never forget who these people are and we should never, ever give in to their demands again.
Conservative commentator Matt Walsh also weighed in, reminding everyone that he has been saying BLM is a terrorist organization from the very beginning. It’s about time they admitted it too.
Former NBA star Amare Stoudemire didn’t hold back either. He called out BLM for their silence on the Israel attacks, passionately condemning their lack of action. He’s absolutely right. BLM claims to care about black lives, but apparently, those lives don’t include innocent Israelis being killed by terrorists.
It’s sickening to see BLM use a global tragedy as an opportunity to push their own agenda. Over 900 Israelis have been killed and thousands more injured, and all BLM can do is stand with Palestine? It’s a shame that their priorities are so twisted. Maybe one day they’ll realize that supporting terrorists isn’t the best way to make a positive impact. But I won’t hold my breath.
