In a surprising turn of events, it appears that CNN’s claims about Nikki Haley’s votes being primarily from undeclared voters in the “GOP” primary may have some truth to them. But hold on just a minute, folks, because there’s a lot more to this story!
According to MSNBC’s Steve Kornacki, who is usually pretty straight-up about his stats, the majority of voters in the primary were not even Republicans. Can you believe that? A whopping 53 percent were either “independent” or Democrat, with only 47 percent being actual Republicans. This is absolutely incredible, and it raises some serious concerns about the integrity of our primary system.
