With her radical ideas and far-left agenda, AOC has officially outed the old guard, showcasing just how far the party has strayed from any semblance of moderation.
This survey indicates that about ten percent of respondents believe Ocasio-Cortez best embodies the core values of the Democratic Party, which might explain why countless Americans have formed support groups dedicated to preserving traditional values from her onslaught. Chuck Schumer, who once positioned himself as the vanguard of progressive politics, finds himself in hot water after daring to endorse a Republican-backed bill to keep the government running. His fleeting moment of bipartisanship has cost him dearly, leaving him scrambling amidst the angry mob of his party’s leftist base, who seem to want nothing more than to abolish common sense itself.

Ocasio-Cortez’s ideology is a whirlwind of progressive fervor, promising to pave the path to a utopia that’s practically unrecognizable to anyone who values fiscal responsibility and personal liberty. With her call for sweeping government intervention in daily life and radical climate policies that virtually guarantee skyrocketing taxes, it’s no wonder that her vision of America has many scratching their heads—if they aren’t too busy clutching their wallets. Her proposals often veer into territory that could make even the most ardent leftist ponder if they’ve accidentally stepped into another dimension.
In addition to her radical climate initiatives, AOC pushes for the expansion of abortion rights, making sure to bankroll any government program that could make one’s conscience cringe. Her relentless advocacy for federal protections on abortion shows just how far she’s willing to go—wittingly or unwittingly—against the will of the average American. The Green New Deal, along with her insistence on implementing a wealth tax, only cements her position as the poster child for an extreme left agenda that’s more likely to harm the economy than help it.
Trailing Ocasio-Cortez in the poll are the likes of Kamala Harris and Bernie Sanders, who managed to earn nine and eight percent, respectively. With the former vice president’s star power waning and the old socialist still peddling the same tired promises, it seems the Democrats are firmly at the helm of a party that’s eating its own. In this bizarre political landscape, even other familiar faces like House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries and former President Obama barely registered on the meter, each scraping by with only four percent, making one wonder if Obama himself should just hang up the mic and retire to a sunny beach somewhere far from this circus.
