In a political landscape marked by spin and deception, it’s rare to see a left-leaning network start holding their own accountable. Recent coverage from an unexpected source shone a spotlight on the glaring lie that’s been fed to the American public about President Biden’s cognitive decline. It was none other than Karine Jean-Pierre, a notable figure from the Biden administration, who was put on the defensive.
CNN isn’t typically known for grilling Biden’s team, but watching one of their own anchors cut through Jean-Pierre’s rhetorical fog was a sight to behold. It’s a well-established fact among real Americans that Biden’s mental acuity is lacking. His frequent stumbles, incoherent rants, and obvious lack of recognition at public functions are there for everyone to see. Yet, Jean-Pierre swung wide of the mark, insisting that she witnessed a man sharp as a tack. Anyone with eyes can tell she’s spinning tales.

What we see here is a classic case of liberal hypocrisy. While the left clamors about transparency and accountability, they conveniently ignore the elephant in the room: the leader of their own party showing signs of being past his prime. Jean-Pierre tried to change the subject to Biden’s so-called foreign policy accomplishments, a topic as irrelevant as it is misleading. The so-called coalition-building in Ukraine doesn’t negate the fact that our president often seems lost and out of touch.
And then there was a descent into absurdity. Jean-Pierre sidestepped the argument completely by launching into irrelevant claims about imaginary domestic threats, a ploy to distract from the crux of the conversation. It’s the usual leftist trick—Cry racism or oppression, and hope the audience’s attention swings. One must question what kind of conversation she’s hoping to start when she won’t even engage in the one that’s been put in front of her.
The reality here is clear as day. Biden’s cognitive decline has been evident throughout his presidency, and Jean-Pierre’s fumbling defense does nothing to change that. For the sake of our nation, these desperate attempts to mask the truth need to be called out. Will we continue to let liberal spin machines redefine reality, or will we demand honesty? The choice couldn’t be clearer.
