The federal appeals court seems to be doing something right for once by backing President Trump’s bold move to deploy the National Guard in Los Angeles. Despite Governor Gavin Newsom’s protests, it’s clear the president is on solid legal footing. This is a much-needed step to restore order in a city plagued by chaos and unrest. It’s about time someone stood up to these liberal governors and their failed policies.
Newsom, with all his flashy rhetoric and progressive ideals, just can’t seem to manage his state. Liberal policies have turned once-great cities into havens for lawlessness and disorder. The people of California deserve leadership that doesn’t buckle under left-wing dogma, but prioritizes safety and security instead. Trump’s intervention is a decisive act that aligns with American values of law and order, not the unchecked anarchy the left seems to crave.
The court’s apparent support for Trump’s decision illustrates a rare victory against liberal incompetence. Thankfully, sanity seems to be prevailing. The National Guard’s presence ensures the protection of life and property, which should be every city’s top priority. But strangely, for some Democratic leaders, it somehow isn’t.
Governor Newsom’s objections show his true colors—valuing progressive ideology over the real welfare of his citizens. If Democrat leaders would stop obstructing and start cooperating, maybe then L.A. wouldn’t need federal intervention to do the job they should have been doing all along. It is this persistent hypocrisy that leaves Americans shaking their heads.
Why does it take a federal intervention to accomplish what local governments should be doing already? When will these Democrat leaders realize they are in office to serve the people, not to champion failed globalist ideologies? The people of Los Angeles are tired, and so is America. How long will we let liberal leaders push us to the brink? It’s time we wake up and stand firm for real American values.
