The Third Circuit Court of Appeals has stood up against judicial overreach, and Trump is back on track to remove Mahmoud Khalil, a self-proclaimed Palestinian activist with ties that should make anyone who stands for freedom and democracy uneasy. This win marks a crucial victory in ensuring that our immigration laws are enforced, not twisted by lower courts pandering to anti-American agendas.
Khalil, whose radical activism on college campuses caught attention after Hamas’ October attack on Israel, has managed to dodge deportation for far too long. A New Jersey judge thought he could override the law in June 2025, halting Khalil’s rightful detainment, but the appeals court has corrected this grave mistake. How typical of liberal activist judges to undermine our nation’s laws in favor of individuals whose actions threaten our very own security!

The Biden administration has been woefully silent on this issue, but patriots know what’s at stake. Khalil allegedly lied on his green card application, failing to disclose employment stints that raise serious national security concerns. Yet, liberals want to make him a martyr, claiming his First Amendment rights are under attack. It’s another distraction tactic to mask the real danger: aligning with enemies of our ally, Israel.
The White House has suggested Khalil’s activities might align with Hamas, yet critics whine about a lack of evidence. That’s rich coming from those who’d leap on every baseless accusation against conservatives. The law wisely prohibits noncitizens from holding beliefs that threaten U.S. foreign policy. It’s the duty of a responsible administration to uphold this, not hide it under the rug because it doesn’t fit a woke narrative.
The appeals court’s decision proves that upholding our national security is still possible, even in an era where leftist chaos seems to reign supreme. By overturning the lower court’s ruling, the court ensures that our legal framework is respected, not manipulated. The lesson here isn’t just for Khalil. It’s for every liberal who thinks they can wear down the rule of law: America must come first. Will the left ever realize that their coddling of radical entities could spell their own undoing?
