The decision by the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reeks of leftist bias cloaked in legality. Two George W. Bush appointees and one Obama appointee are calling it without flinching. But what’s really at play here? It’s about keeping power in blue states firmly in the grasp of liberal elites. A Trump loyalist? Off with her head! Any move to shake up the liberal status quo is swiftly halted at all costs, with legal jargon spun like a web to ensnare those daring to stand for the American people.

Despite the legal gymnastics and barrage of questions thrown at Trump’s administration, it was clear they were following the law to a T. Attorney General Pam Bondi oversaw the meticulous process to ensure everything was above board. It’s laughable that critics now suggest this was about circumventing rules. When liberals don’t get their way, they bend every tool within the flawed court of public opinion to suit their needs. It’s the swamp at work, trying to ensure their version of democracy shuts out any conservative voices.
As Alina Habba faces legal challenges in New Jersey, she’s not alone. Other temporary Trump-appointed U.S. attorneys, like Lindsey Halligan in Virginia and Bill Essayli in California, are also under threat. Why? These individuals represent a direct challenge to the liberal dominance in these states. The real motive is to stifle diversity of thought in prosecutorial decisions and keep the big-government machine rolling.
In this latest attack on Trump’s legacy, the real losers are Americans who yearn for a system not bogged down by liberal hypocrisy and double standards. By disqualifying Habba, the court is sending a chilling message: Conservative voices need not apply. Trump has always fought for America-first policies, but it’s the left that consistently rewrites the rulebook to serve globalist agendas. The real question is, how long will Americans put up with these underhanded tactics before demanding true justice and equality in every American court?
