DA’s Dad Blunders, Risks Her Case Against Trump

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is in hot water, and her own dad, John Floyd III, did not help her case when he took the stand on Friday. The retired attorney, who also has ties to the Black Panther Party, made some eyebrow-raising statements that could come back to haunt his daughter.

One of the most shocking moments was when Floyd claimed to have been worried about Willis’ safety after she charged former President Donald Trump and 18 others with felony racketeering. He alleged that their home was vandalized with derogatory slurs, but couldn’t confirm if his daughter even knew about it. Talk about stirring up drama!

And if that wasn’t enough, Floyd tried to take credit for predicting the Covid-19 pandemic before anyone else. He boasted about his international travels and claimed to have foreseen the outbreak in 2019. Who does he think he is, Nostradamus?

But the real bombshell came when Floyd couldn’t back up Willis’ claim that her relationship with an individual named Wade didn’t start until he was hired by her office. A former friend of Willis even testified that their relationship dates back to 2019. Ouch!

And hold on to your hats because Floyd’s excuse for keeping large sums of cash around the house was a real head-scratcher. He attributed it to being a “Black thing” and insisted it’s a cultural practice. Seriously, who is buying this excuse?

Now, Judge Scott McAfee is weighing whether Willis should be disqualified from her case against Trump, and there’s even talk of potential criminal charges if she lied in an affidavit about her relationship timeline.

The drama is thick, and it looks like Willis’ own father may have inadvertently thrown her under the bus. Let the political fireworks begin!
