The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) has uncovered shocking evidence of voter fraud in Michigan, just in time for the 2024 election. It seems that Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D) has been caught red-handed keeping nearly 26,000 dead people on the state’s voter rolls. And these are not just recent departures to the great beyond – we’re talking about folks who have been pushing up daisies for at least 20 years!
The lawsuit alleges that over 23,000 of these deceased individuals have been taking up space on the voter rolls for more than five years, with over 17,000 of them being dead for a full decade. Who knows, maybe they cast their votes from beyond the grave – sounds like something out of a spooky Halloween movie!

PILF even went so far as to visit some of the graveyards where these deceased voters are supposedly resting in peace. They found one person who died before World War I – can you imagine how old that person would be today if they were still kicking? Over 110 years old – and still registered to vote! Another voter died 25 years ago, around the time Bill Clinton was getting himself in hot water, and yet their name is still on the rolls.
But here’s the real kicker: Secretary Benson is actually fighting tooth and nail to keep these deceased voters on the rolls. She’s not making it easy for PILF to clean up this mess. In fact, she tried to get the lawsuit thrown out of court, but thankfully, her attempt failed. It’s like she’s protecting the ghostly voters or something!
PILF President, J. Christian Adams, is not mincing words either. He’s calling out the Secretary for not following federal law and demanding the removal of these dead voters. Come on, how hard is it to keep the voter rolls clean? It’s just common sense, folks!
This is just another example of why we need to crack down on voter fraud and ensure the integrity of our elections. It’s time to take a stand against these shady tactics and make sure that every vote cast is legitimate and from the living, breathing citizens of Michigan. Keep it up, PILF – we’ve got our eyes on you, Secretary Benson!
