Democratic representatives have hit a new low, and it’s an embarrassing spectacle. Mark Pocan, a liberal congressman, hurled a shameful and deeply offensive comment at Stephen Miller, an advisor to former President Donald Trump. Pocan, in what can only be described as a vile outburst, suggested that Miller “go back to 1930s Germany.” Miller, mind you, is a Jewish man—a fact that makes Pocan’s attack not only disrespectful but dangerously antisemitic.
This situation exposes the rampant hypocrisy within the Democratic Party. They claim to champion tolerance and diversity, yet their own actions reveal a shocking undercurrent of bigotry. Pocan’s comment shows a stunning disregard for history and the suffering of millions during the Holocaust. It’s a repugnant display from an elected official who should know better.
Miller’s crime? Daring to criticize Democratic immigration policies. But Pocan’s disgusting retort wasn’t just an attack on Miller. It was an attack on anyone who believes in strong borders and sensible immigration control. The left has shown once again they will stoop to any level to shut down those who disagree with their open-border agenda. It’s a reckless disregard for the very freedoms they profess to uphold.
