There’s a sewage disaster bubbling up in Maryland and Virginia, and guess who’s out front actually trying to fix it? Not the swamp creatures in DC—no, it’s President Trump, once again stepping up where the liberal leadership fails. While Democrats are busy playing their shutdown games and virtue-signaling about “infrastructure,” the real work is left to a handful of adults in the room. Trump made one thing crystal clear: if government help is needed, it’s there—even though the dysfunctional Department of Homeland Security, under constant liberal mismanagement, can barely keep the doors open.
The irony is rich. The very people who scream about “saving the environment” and shove climate rules down the throat of every American can’t even keep basic sewage from spilling into our waterways. Maryland and Virginia are Democratic strongholds drowning in regulations and taxes, yet somehow they’re still helpless in an actual crisis. Maybe if they spent less time worrying about plastic straws, they’d have a plan for a real environmental emergency. Instead, they’re left waiting for Trump to bail them out—again.

Meanwhile, the bureaucrats running FEMA and DHS are paralyzed in a shutdown circus they helped cause. Democrats would rather grandstand on TV than pick up the phone and coordinate a solution. And the globalist crowd? Not a peep from them about American sewage seeping where it shouldn’t. But don’t worry, they’ll find time to scold regular Americans about “doing their part for the planet.” This is the kind of hypocrisy that hardworking citizens are sick and tired of.
Trump, on the other hand, isn’t hiding. He’s calling out state leaders, telling them to ask for help if they need it. No lectures. No finger-pointing. Just a simple message: If you want the problem solved, leadership is ready—even if the incompetents at DHS can’t get their act together. This is the America First attitude we need more of, instead of the endless blame games liberals love.
So here we are, with sewage in the streets and Democrats still acting like the adults in the room are the problem. Maybe the real question is—how much liberal incompetence does it take before regular Americans decide they’ve had enough of the elites dumping their messes on everyone else?
