Democrats once again find themselves entangled in a web of their own making, this time involving illegal immigrants with links to an ISIS-related human smuggling ring. It seems the Department of Homeland Security has identified over 400 of these shady characters, with a significant number still on the loose within our borders. And who do we have to thank for this mess? None other than the usual suspects – Nancy Pelosi and President Joe Biden.
NBC News, not exactly a conservative stronghold, has reported on this alarming situation. According to sources within the U.S. government, more than 150 individuals connected to this ISIS operation have been apprehended, but over 50 are still at large. This level of irresponsibility is staggering, but not surprising when it comes to the current administration’s handling of border security.

Former FBI counterterrorism honcho Christopher O’Leary sums it up best when he expresses concern over the unknown whereabouts of these individuals. The fact that a good chunk of them are still wandering freely in America should set off alarm bells for anyone paying attention. But alas, the DHS is playing catch-up, resorting to using immigration charges as a means to track down these potential threats.
The Keystone Cops-like scenario painted by this report is a far cry from the tough stance needed to protect our borders and keep our citizens safe. It’s reminiscent of a Simpsons episode rather than a real-life national security operation. The fact that a significant portion of these individuals slipped through the cracks after being released by Customs and Border Protection is a testament to the incompetence at play.
This revelation is just another chapter in the ongoing saga of Democrats turning a blind eye to the dangers lurking at our doorstep. Remember the warnings about terrorists exploiting the U.S.-Mexico border back in the day? Turns out, those concerns were not unfounded. Fast forward to recent ICE arrests of suspected terrorists with ISIS ties in major cities like Los Angeles and New York, and it becomes evident that the threat is real, not just a boogeyman conjured up by the right.
The narrative pushed by Democrats and their media allies, that the border is secure and threats are being effectively neutralized, is falling apart. The sheer number of “gotaways” slipping past Border Patrol since Biden took office raises serious questions about the administration’s competence in handling border security. Democrats can no longer hide behind their facade of virtue signaling – their actions have real consequences, and they must be held accountable for endangering the safety of the American people.
