Democrats are fuming once again, and this time it’s over President Trump’s decisive action in Venezuela. It seems the moment Trump succeeds in dismantling another authoritarian regime, the left loses its collective sanity. They’re quick to label Trump’s move to capture Nicolás Maduro as illegal, painting America’s bold stance against tyranny as a crime. Have they forgotten how they once cheered for the ousting of this socialist dictator? The hypocrisy is glaring.
Now, the predictable cries for impeachment are echoing through the halls of Congress. Despite Congress’s own timidity in confronting international lawlessness, they balk at Trump’s strong foreign policy. They’re accusing him of overstepping without congressional approval. But isn’t it strange how these rules apply exclusively when the president’s name is Trump? Obama and Biden both took similar actions in the past, and where were the impeachment talks then? Clearly, there’s an agenda at play.

Experts dragged into this debate are trying to make this look like an impeachable offense, basing their arguments on vague interpretations of constitutional restraint. But let’s face it, even if the House proceeds, they’ll hit a brick wall in the Senate. Their futile effort will only reveal their weakness, just more political theater by the left. Democrats are notorious for their selective outrage, always ready to use impeachment as a political weapon without any real intention or chance of success.
Instead of wasting time plotting Trump’s impeachment, perhaps Democrats should focus on the real issue: their own failure to decisively act against foreign threats when it counts. The left’s inability to accept a strong America-first policy is a real danger. Their incessant attempts to paint Trump as a villain are as empty as their plans for leadership.
So, what’s next? Another charade, no doubt. This relentless impeachment cycle has become a joke. Do Democrats enjoy looking ridiculous, or are they just that out of touch with reality?
