Democrats are scrambling, once again, to suppress the truth about their reckless disregard for America’s safety and sovereignty. During a House Homeland Security Committee hearing, a Republican witness exposed the Democrats’ dangerous rhetoric against ICE officers. But instead of letting the facts speak for themselves, a Democratic representative tried—desperately—to shut him down. Why? Because the truth is a bitter pill for the left to swallow.
It’s glaringly apparent that Democrats have been fanning the flames of violence against those tasked with protecting our borders. Reports have surfaced of Democrats advocating for violent resistance, suggesting that “blood needs to be spilled” to capture media attention. If these aren’t reckless and irresponsible remarks, then what is? It’s clear they don’t respect law enforcement, especially not those enforcing immigration laws.

The situation only got more absurd when a Democratic committee member attempted to silence this inconvenient testimony. Was it out of ignorance, or was it sheer denial? Regardless, such a move highlights how some Democrats are so blinded by their ideological agenda they’ll go to any lengths to avoid accountability for their actions and statements.
A laughable attempt at silencing the truth didn’t stand a chance with Republicans in charge. The facts were laid bare—that the Biden administration’s soft-touch stance on border security is tantamount to an open invitation for chaos. While Democrats distract with attempts to quash dissenting voices, the real crisis at the border rages unchecked.
America deserves better than a party that vilifies law enforcement. Democrats may choose to ignore reality, but patriotic Americans won’t. If the Democrats truly cared about this nation, they’d stop their dangerous games and support the champions of law enforcement instead of making them targets. When will they learn? Not soon enough, it seems.
