In the latest episode of Democratic nonsense, we have Rep. Jasmine Crockett, who has taken it upon herself to attack Melania Trump over her immigration status. In a display that would put the pettiest of playground squabbles to shame, Crockett questions the legitimacy of Melania’s EB-1 visa, commonly known as the “Einstein visa.” But what’s the real story here? It’s the Democrats, once again choosing ignorant grandstanding over facts and fairness.
Crockett seems to think that Melania Trump didn’t have the extraordinary abilities required for her visa. Sorry, Jasmine, but international acclaim and a successful modeling career apparently don’t count as extraordinary in your book. Let’s not forget, this is a woman who graced the covers of major magazines across Europe and the United States long before she was connected to the White House. But hey, why let the truth get in the way of a good smear campaign, right?
What’s laughable is the sheer hypocrisy here. For a party that prides itself on being champions of immigrants, the Democrats sure seem eager to question the legitimate immigration of a foreign-born First Lady. If Melania was gaming the system, wouldn’t liberals be celebrating her ingenuity? Apparently not, because acknowledging her accomplishments doesn’t fit the attack-Trump narrative. So instead, they rewrite the script, depicting her as unworthy.

And let’s take a moment to address Crockett’s apparent shock that Melania doesn’t have a Nobel Prize or an Olympic medal. The EB-1 visa is for people at the top of their field, not just those who check every box of leftist expectations. If Crockett were truly interested in the facts, she’d see that Melania met all the requirements for her visa. But when has a Democrat ever let facts guide their outrage?
In the end, this isn’t about Melania. It’s about politics as usual. The Democrats never miss an opportunity to sow division and parrot their tired, anti-Trump rhetoric. It’s yet another example of their selective outrage and convenient forgetfulness when it comes to their own party’s inconsistencies. Maybe the math isn’t what’s not adding up here, but rather the Democrats’ fragmented arguments. Will they ever get their priorities straight? Who knows?
