Democrats are singing a different tune this summer as they appear to have collectively agreed that President Joe Biden has overstayed his welcome. But here’s the kicker: Key Democratic constituencies in critical “blue wall” states seem less than thrilled with Harris. The Teamsters, normally a reliable ally for Democrats, recently dropped a bombshell with internal polling indicating that Donald Trump is leading Harris nearly two-to-one among union members. The Teamsters have historically aligned with the Democratic ticket, but this time, they didn’t just slow their roll—they opted not to endorse a Democratic candidate for the first time since Bill Clinton was in office.
