West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin better watch his back, because the Democrats are out in full force trying to prop him up like a puppet tied to former President Trump! Yes, you heard that right – a Senate Democrat-affiliated political action committee has released a new ad that shamelessly tries to connect Manchin to the beloved 45th president. Give us a break!

In this 30-second spot from the Duty and Honor PAC, they’re trying to convince us that Manchin is some kind of hero for protecting miners’ pensions and health insurance under Trump’s administration. Well, let’s get real here. Manchin may have played nice with Trump when it benefited his political career, but we all know that he’s just another loyal Democrat who will do whatever Chuck Schumer and his liberal cronies in Washington tell him to do!

Now, don’t get too comfortable, folks. Although Manchin hasn’t announced his plans for 2024 yet, he’s got a tough road ahead of him in this year’s reelection battle. He’s up against some heavy hitters in the Republican primary, including the popular governor, Jim Justice, and House Republican Representative Alex Mooney. Let’s hope the good folks of West Virginia have had enough of Manchin’s flip-flopping ways and are ready for a true conservative leader to represent them.
But let’s not forget the elephant in the room – or should we say, the donkey? West Virginia may have been carried by Trump in 2020 by a whopping 40 points over President Biden, but somehow, Manchin has managed to cling to his position as the last statewide elected Democrat. Talk about swimming against the current! It’s clear that his self-proclaimed “West Virginia way” is nothing more than a facade to maintain his seat in a state that’s overwhelmingly red.
Now, it wouldn’t be a true conservative article without a word from the Trump family. Donald Trump Jr., never one to mince words, has called out Manchin’s deceitfulness. He knows that Manchin likes to put on his Pro-Trump moderate act whenever it’s convenient for him, but when push comes to shove, he’s just another liberal lackey for Schumer and his allies in Washington. Don’t be fooled, West Virginians! Manchin may try to fool you with this new ad, but we know better than to trust his political theater.
It’s time for West Virginia to stand up and say no to Manchin and his liberal agenda. We need a true conservative leader who will fight for our values and stand up to the radical left. Manchin may have momentarily aligned himself with Trump, but we know that his loyalties lie with the Democratic Party. Let’s not be bamboozled by his empty promises and slick political tricks. West Virginia deserves better than Joe Manchin.
