The Ohio Democratic Party has found itself in yet another pickle, all thanks to their own incompetence! It seems that their beloved President Joe Biden might be left off the ballot come November, and all because of a huge blunder on their part.
The Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose’s office dropped a bomb on the Ohio Democrats, informing them that their precious Democratic National Convention is scheduled too late to qualify for the state. In Ohio, they have a strict deadline of August 7 to confirm a presidential candidate on the ballot, and wouldn’t you know it, the convention is set to take place on August 19-22. Whoopsies!

And as luck would have it (or lack thereof), the Republican National Convention is scheduled for July 15-18 in Milwaukee, well before Ohio’s deadline. It looks like former President Donald Trump is all set to get the nomination, leaving the Democrats scrambling to figure out what to do about their own candidate.
The Democratic National Committee is now faced with a tough choice: either move up their convention date or hope that the Ohio General Assembly will come to their rescue by creating an exception to the state’s requirement. Good luck with that, Dems!
The Biden campaign might be keeping a brave face, saying they’re confident that Joe Biden will be on the ballot in all 50 states, but the reality is that Ohio might just slip through their fingers if they don’t come up with a solution real quick.
And you won’t believe the irony in all of this! Even though Democratic states like Colorado tried to keep Trump off the ballot, Biden may end up being the one left out, all thanks to his own party’s oversight. Talk about shooting themselves in the foot!
It’s clear that the Democrats have nobody to blame but themselves for this colossal blunder. With the election on the line, you’d think they’d have their act together. But hey, who are we to judge?
At the end of the day, this whole debacle just adds to the mounting evidence of the Democratic Party’s incompetence and lack of organization. Let’s not pretend to be surprised here, folks.
So, will Joe Biden end up being dropped from Ohio ballots? Only time will tell, but one thing’s for sure: the Dems better start figuring out how to get themselves out of this mess, and fast!
