The super PAC of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is known to ask for large amounts of money. According to a report by the New York Times, the group is seeking $50 million. Jeff Roe, the head of the group known as Never Back Down, made the request during a private meeting with donors in Milwaukee. His urgency was apparent as he passionately urged the group's members to give.
According to Roe, they need these funds before the Republican primary debates, which are scheduled to take place in September. He noted that $5 million a month is needed to maintain Ron DeSantis' Iowa operations. Chris Jankowski, the CEO of the Super PAC, said that they need another $100 million by March 31.
