The situation at the U.S.-Mexico border has reached a distressing point, and the latest reports from Texas paint a heart-wrenching picture. A video surfaced showing a sobbing 10-year-old from El Salvador, abandoned by smugglers while attempting to cross the border. This disturbing clip has sparked outrage among many viewers and serves as yet another example of the severe consequences of current immigration policies under the Biden-Harris administration. As the story unfolds, it becomes painfully clear that the plight of migrant children is more dire than ever.
Border Patrol officials frequently encounter such sad stories, highlighting the risks that children face in the hands of smugglers. In one instance, a Border Patrol agent recounted the harrowing experience of recovering an infant left behind as a distraction for smugglers to operate freely in the area. Just imagine that—an innocent baby left to fend for itself in the unforgiving desert! The thought is enough to make anyone’s blood boil.
