In a stunning move that’s sure to ruffle some liberal feathers, a nonprofit medical organization has released model legislation aiming to help individuals who regret undergoing gender transitions. This legislation, known as the Detransitioner Bill of Rights, was created by the organization Do No Harm, who is clearly dedicated to preserving sanity and common sense in the medical field.

According to a report from The Daily Wire (a rare bastion of truth in the midst of mainstream media madness), this legislation addresses the alarming rise in “detransitioners” who have experienced negative effects from their experimental “gender-affirming” treatments. Finally, someone is taking a stand against these so-called medical professionals who push their radical agendas onto vulnerable individuals without considering the long-term consequences.
The Detransitioner Bill of Rights ensures that these individuals have access to financial assistance for the medical treatments necessary to reverse the effects of their transgender care. Not only that, but it also grants them the power to pursue legal action against the entities that coerced them into undergoing these harmful treatments.
Dr. Stanley Goldfarb, the chairman of Do No Harm, emphasized the importance of acknowledging the plight of detransitioners and researching ways to help and support those who regret their decisions. Bravo, Dr. Goldfarb! Finally, a voice of reason in a sea of liberal nonsense.
It’s not just the Detransitioner Bill of Rights that highlights the dangers of experimental gender transition treatments. Townhall recently reported on a young woman named Isabelle Ayala, who is suing her doctors and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) for lying about the impact of these treatments. Ayala was only 14 years old when she was committed to a hospital for suicidal thoughts and was immediately thrust into the deceptive web of the pro-transgender agenda.
Dr. Jason Rafferty, after spending a mere single meeting with Ayala, deemed her eligible for hormonal transition. Unbelievable! Ayala ended up attempting suicide just six months into taking testosterone. This is a clear example of medical professionals failing to prioritize their patients’ well-being and instead succumbing to a dangerous ideology.
It’s heart-wrenching to hear Ayala’s story and realize the irreversible damage caused by these reckless decisions. Ayala, now 21, longs for her healthy, female body to be restored. This lawsuit serves as a stark reminder that unbiased medical evaluation and care should always take precedence over the self-serving agendas of ideologues who have no regard for the well-being of their patients.
Furthermore, this isn’t an isolated incident. Last year, Chloe Cole, at the tender age of 19, announced her plans to sue the organizations and doctors responsible for subjecting her to irreversible “gender-affirming” surgeries and treatments as a minor. Imagine the pain and regret she must carry as a result of these monstrous decisions. But instead of succumbing to despair, Cole has chosen to fight against these “liars and mutilators” to ensure that no child suffers the same fate.
These stories are harrowing reminders of the failures within the medical community. It’s clear that the mission statement of the AAP, which supports the care of transgender and gender-diverse children and adolescents, is part of a broader conspiracy to drive their own destructive agenda. The Detransitioner Bill of Rights takes aim at this very agenda, and it’s about time someone stood up for the rights and well-being of individuals who have been victimized by it.
Kudos to Do No Harm for their courageous efforts in protecting the rights and physical integrity of those who have been deceived by the transgender movement.
