The U.S. Supreme Court has finally come to their senses and agreed to hear a case that challenges the ridiculous federal rule banning individuals accused of domestic abuse from owning firearms. It’s about time someone took a stand for our Second Amendment rights!
Zachey Rahimi, a law-abiding citizen who happened to be involved in a few shootings while under a restraining order for abusing his girlfriend, is fighting back against the Biden administration’s oppressive gun control measures. Rahimi’s legal team argues that the recent New York Rifle & Pistol Assn. V. Bruen ruling supports their case, claiming that the Biden-era rule also infringes upon our precious Second Amendment.
Now, we all know that the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals already overturned Rahimi’s conviction on other grounds, effectively reversing his conviction and sentence. But leave it to those pesky prosecutors to send the case to the Supreme Court for review. They just can’t stand the idea of a law-abiding citizen having the audacity to defend their constitutional rights!

The New York Rifle ruling, which raised the notion of “historical tradition of firearm regulation,” has caused quite the confusion in the courts. Justice Clarence Thomas, bless his soul, penned those words, and ever since, liberal judges have been scratching their heads. They just can’t seem to grasp the concept of preserving our historic traditions and upholding our constitutional rights.
The case of Rahimi will serve as the first test of the Bruen ruling and could set a precedent for future cases. It’s a pivotal moment for those of us who value our Second Amendment rights above all else.
We conservatives have been diligently fighting against the assault on our gun ownership rights. The Biden administration, along with their cronies, has been on a mission to strip law-abiding citizens of their firearms. They have imposed background checks and other tracking measures as if law-abiding gun owners are the problem. It’s absurd!
And let’s not forget their attempts to restrict the types of guns we can own and limit the size of our magazines. These restrictions are clear violations of the Second Amendment in our book. If the government can have semi-automatic weapons and more, then, by golly, we should be able to have them too!
