Kilmar Abrego Garcia is back in the news, and it’s not for the reasons you’d want. This accused MS-13 thug somehow managed to waltz his way from a notorious prison in El Salvador right back onto American soil, all thanks to the shocking decision of an Obama-appointed judge. If that’s not mind-boggling enough, he’s now gaining fame on TikTok. That’s right—this alleged criminal is out there making catchy lip-syncing videos, while the justice system twiddles its thumbs.
The outrage doesn’t stop there. Garcia was once again pinched on human smuggling charges in Tennessee. But faster than you can say “liberal bias,” another court order freed him from federal custody. Why have judges turned a blind eye to the very real dangers posed by men like Garcia? Americans deserve better than to have their safety jeopardized for the sake of political gamesmanship.

And let’s take a moment to appreciate the irony here: while dedicated officials at Homeland Security are being muzzled by “gag orders,” Garcia is free to broadcast his antics to hundreds of thousands of followers. It’s a twisted world where an American agency is silenced, yet a potential criminal gets a megaphone courtesy of social media.
Liberal ineptitude and their constant coddling of criminals have put law-abiding citizens at risk. Now there’s even talk of cancelling Garcia’s trial! Isn’t it interesting how the very people who claim to champion justice are the first to shoot it down when their agenda isn’t met? The predictable finger-pointing has already begun, suggesting that the Trump administration is “vindictive” in pursuing human smuggling charges. How laughable.
Our justice system has been turned upside down by unelected judges who care more about being politically correct than protecting American citizens. When will the madness stop? How many more threats do we have to let run free before common sense prevails over idiocy?
