Former U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Scott Brady, testified before the House Judiciary Committee and dropped a bombshell about the allegations of bribery against President Joe Biden and his family. He confirmed that the allegations had “sufficient indicia of credibility” and should have warranted a Grand Jury Investigation. Unfortunately, that investigation never took place.

Brady’s testimony, as reported by The Daily Caller, focused on the origin of an FBI document, the FD-1023, which revealed shocking allegations that Joe and Hunter Biden had received $5 million each in bribes from a Ukrainian oligarch named Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Burisma. According to Brady, the FD-1023 was released to the public by Senator Chuck Grassley after it was given to him by a whistleblower.
During the hearing, Brady revealed that a confidential human source had mentioned Hunter Biden’s involvement with Burisma in a previous FD-1023. He also stated that they had identified another FD-1023 that referred to Hunter Biden and Burisma but had trouble getting the FBI to follow up on it. Brady explained that anything related to Ukraine, Hunter Biden, and Burisma was considered sensitive, especially in 2020, months before an election cycle.
Brady’s testimony further strengthened the credibility of the allegations against the Bidens. He believed that there were sufficient grounds to warrant a grand jury investigation. This contradicts reports suggesting that the information in the FD-1023 came from Rudy Giuliani. According to Senator Grassley, the information was obtained separately from Giuliani, through a longstanding and well-paid FBI confidential human source.
Senator Grassley, who has been receiving information from whistleblowers for years, is now investigating whether the FBI improperly shut down the investigation into the Bidens, despite the highly credible information found in the FD-1023. Grassley believes that there is “significant political bias” infecting the decision-making at the highest levels of the Justice Department and FBI.
Overall, Brady’s testimony highlights the need for a thorough investigation into the bribery allegations against the Bidens. It is concerning that such credible allegations were not properly pursued, raising questions about political bias within the Justice Department and FBI. The American people deserve to know the truth about these serious allegations, and it’s imperative for law enforcement agencies to act accordingly.
