It’s no surprise that younger agents favored DEI programs—they got to slack off under the guise of “inclusion” while senior agents kept quiet to avoid being branded racists. This entire charade was about virtue signaling, not about getting results. The truth is, the FBI was drowning under pointless bureaucratic busywork, and the ones who refused to buy into the woke agenda were punished or intimidated into silence. Finally, the agency is taking a stand against political correctness that sacrificed national security for feel-good sessions.

What’s astonishing is how the last administration weaponized DEI programs to inject radical ideology into agencies that should be laser-focused on their duties. It was all about pushing a globalist, anti-American agenda—using taxpayer dollars to enforce identity politics instead of fighting crime or terrorism. Efforts to impose these “sensitivity trainings” weren’t just a waste of time; they insulted the many agents who have served this country with honor and professionalism without needing lectures on how to communicate respectfully.
This retreat from DEI madness is a major victory for common sense and American patriotism. The real job of the FBI is to handle threats to our nation, not to babysit employees’ feelings or coast on participation trophies. By telling agents to “do your job” rather than bow to pointless ideological exercises, the new leadership is cutting through the nonsense and restoring order. It’s a sharp rebuke to the woke bureaucrats who think America’s enemies can be defeated by virtue signals instead of discipline and hard work.
If government agencies want to serve the American people properly, they need to dump these radical distractions and focus on results. The FBI’s experience shows that when woke nonsense is rooted out, morale improves, productivity increases, and real patriots get to do what matters. Why would any American support paying for indoctrination workshops when national security is at stake?
