Rep. According to Tenney, she believes that President Biden should face charges for mishandling classified documents, despite Hur’s recommendation not to bring charges based on his mental state. She argues that selective prosecution is unacceptable and calls for equal treatment under the law, regardless of the individual’s personality or public perception.
Tenney highlighted the disparity in treatment between President Biden and former President Trump, asserting that the Justice Department cannot ethically bring charges against one and not the other based on their mental acuity or personality traits.
