Biden’s Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin faced quite the disruption during their testimony before the Senate Appropriations Committee. You see, there was a Hamas sympathizer in the audience who just couldn’t keep quiet about the need for a “ceasefire now.” Now, let’s not forget, this request for a ceasefire plays right into the hands of those Hamas terrorists in Gaza who have been relentlessly attacking innocent Israelis for weeks. These terrorists want Israel to stop defending itself so they can regroup and continue their reign of terror. Thankfully, this Hamas sympathizer was quickly escorted out of the room by an officer.

The hearing, which is still ongoing, is all about President Biden’s national security supplemental request. And boy, does it have some eye-popping figures. Biden wants to give $3.7 billion to Israel for their security needs, including bolstering their defense systems against those rocket attacks. I mean, can you blame them for wanting to protect their citizens? But that’s not all. Biden also wants to hand over a whopping $16.3 billion to Ukraine. Now, I’m all for supporting our allies, but let’s be honest, this is just another way for Biden to stick it to Russia. He’s obsessed with proving his toughness on the world stage, even if it means wasting billions of our hard-earned taxpayer dollars.
Oh, and let’s not forget Blinken’s prepared remarks for the committee. He actually had the audacity to claim that America’s “adversaries and competitors recognize our strategies are working.” Are you kidding me? The Biden administration has been stumbling around like a blindfolded toddler in the international arena. Their weakness and incompetence have only invited aggression from those who wish to harm us. It’s no wonder our enemies think they can walk all over us.
In the end, this hearing just exposes the flawed thinking of the Biden administration. They want to throw money at our allies and hope that it solves all our problems. But let me tell you, money can’t buy strength and leadership. It’s time for the Biden team to wake up and start prioritizing the safety and security of the American people, instead of playing political games on the world stage.
