On Wednesday, the news broke that a Minneapolis man had been charged with over $3 million in Medicaid fraud linked to a state-licensed home health agency. This shocking revelation has prompted the Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services, Jim O’Neal, to take a hard look at what’s going on in the North Star State.
