In a world where law and order should be the cornerstone of society, one would think that major corporations would rally around those who enforce our nation’s laws. Yet, here we are, watching in disbelief as an independent hotel in Minneapolis, under the global brand Hilton, denied service to the very agents tasked with upholding our immigration laws. This outrageous behavior is a perfect example of anti-American bias taking root in unexpected places.
The Hampton Inn by Hilton in Lakeville decided to play politics by refusing to accommodate ICE agents. They stood their ground even when caught in a web of their own deceit, claiming they reversed the policy when they did no such thing. It’s almost laughable. But nothing is funny about a hotel taking sides against those who protect our borders and ensure national security.

It’s a shameful demonstration of incompetence and hypocrisy when a hotel chain, which profits massively from its presence in our great nation, allows its franchisees to engage in anti-American practices. What message does this send? It shows an utter disregard for the brave men and women who carry out their duties often in dangerous circumstances. This saga only became public thanks to a viral video, which put this shameful policy in the spotlight.
Hilton, faced with undeniable evidence, attempted damage control by cutting ties with the franchise. Most folks will cheer this decision, but we must question why this even happened in the first place. Hilton should’ve known better. Going forward, they promise to rein in rogue operators, but isn’t it troubling that this happened at all? Globalist interests often overshadow basic respect for those defending our country.
As we watch this unfold, we should ask ourselves: How long will we allow liberal hypocrisy to threaten the well-being of our nation? If businesses are free to reject law enforcement at the behest of political correctness, who’s next? What happened in Minneapolis isn’t just a PR blunder; it’s proof of the growing disdain for American values. It’s time companies remember who built their platforms in the first place and stand behind the men and women keeping us safe. America deserves better than this nonsense.
