U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan continues to gain support and endorsements for his bid for House Speaker. Jordan has received endorsements from a number of members of Congress, including Reps. Thomas Massie, Matt Gaetz, Andy Harris, Josh Brecheen, Jim Banks, Harriet Hageman, and many others. The most recent endorsement came from U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace, who praised Jordan’s honesty, work ethic, and commitment to putting people above Washington politics. Mace stated that Jordan has her full support to be the next Speaker of the House.
Former President Donald Trump has also thrown his weight behind Jordan’s bid, with several Republican members endorsing Trump as a replacement for former Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Trump’s endorsement is significant and highlights his ongoing influence within the Republican Party.
In addition to congressional support, conservative leaders from various organizations have signed a letter endorsing Jordan. They praised his voting record, his leadership of the House Freedom Caucus, and his chairmanships of the committees on the Judiciary and Weaponization of the Federal Government.
