Last week, an announcement was made that Hunter Biden will be facing indictment for gun charges later this month. And just like the previous sweetheart plea deal that fell apart, this latest development raises suspicions. Senator Ted Cruz, always willing to call out the shady dealings of the Biden family, shared his thoughts on the matter in his recent podcast episode.
Senator Cruz highlighted the fact that not only was Vice President Joe Biden in contact with Hunter’s questionable business partners, but he also used aliases for no legitimate reason. These revelations shed light on the corruption within the Biden family, and it’s something that cannot be ignored.
While the charges against Hunter have nothing to do with President Joe Biden, it’s important to note that the public’s concern lies with the overall corruption involving both father and son. Even a CNN poll confirmed that a majority of Americans believe Joe Biden had at least some involvement in his son’s business dealings. The choice to focus on the gun charges against Hunter, rather than the more serious corruption allegations, is a deliberate move to protect Joe Biden. The previous plea deal negotiations for Hunter had been ludicrous, with proposals that would have allowed him to avoid any significant consequences. It’s doubtful that the latest indictment will bring any meaningful punishment either.
The real concern lies in the evidence of Hunter Biden’s involvement in shaking down a Chinese communist official for millions of dollars and threatening retaliation from Joe Biden himself. If the DOJ were truly interested in justice, they would be focusing on these matters that pose significant legal and political risks for Joe Biden. But instead, they choose to go after a personal crime that insulates the President from the real issues at hand.
