Illegal Immigrant Freed, Now Suspected in Tragic Murder of 11-Year-Old!

In a tragic and infuriating turn of events, an illegal alien from Haiti has been charged with the senseless killing of 11-year-old Aiden Clark in Clark County, Ohio. The 35-year-old culprit, Hermanio Joseph, was released into the U.S. interior from the southern border just last year. Now, he faces charges of vehicular homicide after crashing into a school bus.

How does someone who should not even be in the country end up causing such devastation? It’s a clear failure of our government and its lax immigration policies. Joseph was driving a Honda Odyssey that swerved in front of a local school bus, resulting in the bus flipping and young Aiden being ejected from it. The crash occurred on August 22, which also happened to be Aiden’s first day of school. This bright and vibrant child, with his love of sports, thirst for knowledge, and peculiar interests, had his life tragically cut short.

What makes this even more infuriating is the fact that Joseph was driving without a valid license and only had a Mexican driver’s license on him at the time of arrest. It’s unknown how he managed to slip through the cracks and make his way to Ohio after arriving at the U.S.-Mexico border in August 2022. The Department of Homeland Security issued him a notice to appear in federal immigration court, as part of the Biden Administration’s notorious parole program. But, as has become all too common, many illegal aliens simply disappear and never show up for their court dates.

This heartbreaking story is a stark reminder of the consequences of open borders and lenient immigration policies. The safety and well-being of American citizens should always come first, and it’s about time our government starts prioritizing that. We cannot continue to allow individuals with no legal right to be in the country to bring harm and heartbreak to our communities. It’s time to secure our borders and enforce our immigration laws for the sake of our nation’s future.
