The controversial activist in question is Kate Cox from Texas, who shamelessly sued her own state to challenge its restrictions on abortion, then fled to New Mexico to abort her daughter Chloe at 21 weeks. To make matters even more appalling, Chloe had Trisomy-18, a birth defect with a 10% survival rate. But instead of fighting for her daughter’s chance at life, Cox chose to end her precious baby’s life.
In a shocking display of support for Cox’s heinous actions, the Biden administration and liberal media have been praising her as some sort of hero. White House Press Secretary Karinne Jean-Pierre confirmed the invitation, emphasizing the administration’s gratitude for Cox’s “courage” in sharing her story. The First Lady and President Biden even personally thanked Cox for “speaking out about the impact of the extreme abortion ban in Texas.” It’s clear that Cox is being shamelessly used as a political prop to further the pro-abortion agenda.
During a recent rally, President Biden went on a tirade, blaming former President Trump for the potential overturning of the Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision. He accused Trump of stripping away women’s rights and access to “basic health care,” using extreme hyperbole to push his pro-abortion narrative. He went as far as to suggest that women are being turned away from emergency rooms and forced to travel long distances for medical care, painting a grim and exaggerated picture to fuel his political agenda.
Biden’s argument is filled with exaggerations and half-truths, especially when it comes to Cox’s Trisomy-18 case. While the prognosis for this birth defect may be challenging, it is not a death sentence. Former Sen. Rick Santorum bravely shared his own daughter Bella’s story, refuting claims that Trisomy-18 is incompatible with life. He pointed out that other countries have higher survival rates for babies with this condition because they focus on treating the child, not just the diagnosis. Santorum’s powerful message emphasizes that every child deserves a chance at life, not to be brutally terminated for not meeting a certain standard of perfection.
The Bidens are shamelessly leveraging Cox’s heartbreaking story to push their extreme pro-abortion agenda, ignoring the fact that there are real, tangible alternatives to abortion. It is crucial to see through their manipulative tactics and stand up for the sanctity of life!
