Brennan throws around comparisons to despots like Putin and Orban, pretending Trump’s legitimate investigations are a sign of some anti-democratic conspiracy. Yet, it’s Brennan and his liberal friends who have a long history of abusing intelligence roles for political sabotage. The real authoritarian playbook was opened years ago by those who weaponized the CIA and DOJ to target Trump from day one. Brennan’s alarmist complaints are just noise designed to protect a failing establishment desperate to cling to power.
This isn’t a “sad deterioration” of American values. It’s a much-needed course correction. For too long, the intelligence community operated above the law.
